How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you by for one of the following reasons:

- Any retail partner, travel agency or concierge service responsible for contracting travel services for you.
- Any of our suppliers responsible for performance of the arrangements you contract through us.

We share information with our suppliers in the UK and overseas for the purpose of booking your services and performing your contract with us. Our suppliers include the providers of tourist services, accommodation providers, caterers, and transportation companies.
Our websites and presence on social media websites automatically collect information from your computer using “cookies” which provides us with limited personal information. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer to streamline your browsing experience and provide us information on the services you are interested in. We also use them to monitor the performance of our website and patterns of internet traffic to our website.

How we store your personal information
Your information is stored on secure servers.

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. When you register and provide consent for us to send you details of our newsletter and tours, we will continue to send you those details for six years. Details of your financial information are held for 7 years for tax purposes. Details of your booking information are held for 10 years for insurance purposes.
We use a file shredder program to securely delete electronically recorded information. We use a cross-cut shredder to securely delete information stored as a hard copy on paper.
You acknowledge that the personal information you voluntarily share could be accessed or tampered with by a third party. You agree that we are not responsible for any intercepted information shared through our Site without our knowledge or permission. Additionally, you release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of such intercepted information in any unauthorized manner. You agree to notify us for any breach of security or unauthorized use of your information.
We do our best to protect your information from any unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
