From there, we use our 25 years of fine wine and travel trade expertise to shape a bespoke concept into a finalized, flawless itinerary.
We design custom journeys across Europe for both private clients (such as couples, multi-generational families, or friendship groups) and corporate customers looking for highly tailored hospitality experiences, client entertainment, or team incentives.
We do not use standard booking templates or generic platforms. Every boutique hotel, private kitchen, and estate featured in your itinerary is selected through our personal relationships with suppliers. Because we deal directly with the owners, our clients receive welcoming touches and private entry that is entirely unavailable to the general public
Gastronomy and entertainment are at the heart of our itineraries. For corporate groups and private events, we personally collaborate with the estate chefs to design the menus. We then meticulously select the specific wines and vintages to complement the food, maximizing the enjoyment of the entire party.
We design itineraries defensively against rush. True luxury is having time to breathe, which is why we intentionally minimize transit times and plan longer stays in a single location. This ensures you can enjoy extended lunches, stroll through vineyards, and relax completely.
No, we do not book international flights. This allows our clients the flexibility to manage their own preferred global carriers, routing, and loyalty programs. However, the moment you land, we handle all regional logistics, including private chauffeured transfers, domestic rail, or charter transit.
Every guest receives access to our custom Tastes Travel App. The app works seamlessly across both online and offline environments. Online it activates real-time links and a built-in group chat, keeping parties effortlessly connected. Offline guests can securely view the schedule of events, dress codes, reservations and accommodation details without needing a mobile signal.
